Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Anne Whitehouse and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Anne Whitehouse and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

“Lifetime Access” means ongoing and complete access to the your purchased courses and community for the life of the programmes, not for your life or the life of Anne Whitehouse. This is ongoing access at no additional charge until the course is no longer offered. Any future closure of the programme or community in the future does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle members to any form of refund.  Lifetime access does not apply to monthly membership subscriptions.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

  • All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Anne Whitehouse, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website, including any such content uploaded by Users. Refund & Cancellation Policy

30. Refunds will be given within 7 days of purchase for the online coaching programmes, Female Power Voice, Cinderella Bootcamp, Supreme Feminine Confidence Mastermind and Female Impact Academy.

Voluntary refunds:

(a) If you work through the first few modules of a course are not totally happy with it, then we will refund your money. Female Power Voice and Cinderella Bootcamp have a 7 day money back guarantee and refund period.

I believe in my courses and many women have experienced amazing transformation from investing in my programmes. However, to get the results requires that you follow the course, and do the work and energy exercises consistently.  You must demonstrate that you have participated in the Course by accessing course content and/or joining the Facebook community before requesting a cancellation of your course membership and refund. We may request the submission of completed worksheets, activities and exercises in considering your refund request. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for refund. In considering your refund we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing within the defined refund 7 day period, and must be made via this form.

(b) If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the product and materials that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.
(c) being removed or banned from the Facebook group does not entitle you to a refund.
(d) If your refund is approved, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.
(e) Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than GBP, you may be liable for the costs of exchange.

31. Refunds are NOT offered for one to one sessions already received, or downloadable healings or recorded programmes including IMPACT KICKSTART, meditations, books, activations and trainings purchased.   Refunds for one to one sessions purchased, but not received will be at the discretion of Dr Anne Whitehouse and will depend upon the situation. 

32. Refunds are not given for The Power Sanctuary membership club. Members are able to leave at any time. Please note that members do not own the healings and trainings in the club, and only retain access to this material while they are paid-up members.

33. Clients must give 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling a session.  If you fail to do so, and do not attend your session, you will be charged for that session.  In the case of genuine emergency, Anne may waive this, and this is at her discretion.
